Do I need to make an appointment?

You’re always welcome at Proulx & Fils. That said, please bear in mind that if you come to see us but haven’t made an appointment, you might not be able to get as much out of our busy staff as you otherwise would. For that reason, we highly recommend that you set up an appointment before you stop in, if at all possible.

What kind of information should I bring to my appointment?

To help you select the best products for your project, we recommend that you bring as much information as you can. There’s no such thing as too much information! Some things you might want to bring are: the dimensions of your bathroom, your colour choices, any architectural restrictions or other information you think might be important (an idea of your budget, for example). If you already have a plan, we can help you go forward from there.

Will you work with my contractor to make sure that the products I choose will be compatible with my plans?

Yes. We encourage contractors to get in touch with us to review your selection before the order is finalized.

Will Proulx & Fils guarantee delivery once I’ve placed my order?

Yes. We guarantee delivery across Quebec. (Additional transportation costs may apply.)
